Piping, Plumbing & Ultra-High Purity Piping Fabrication for Mechanical Systems

UMEC (AZ)'s BIM and other pre-construction expertise combined with high client demand has resulted in expanded fabrication capabilities, including:

• A 5,000 square foot covered piping fabrication facility, where we produce industrial stainless steel and other alloy products, as well as central plant systems
• A 6,000 square foot plumbing fabrication shop, the only one in Arizona that is OSHPD-approved to fabricate medical gas piping systems, where we also manufacture copper components and cast iron assemblies
• A 3,500 square foot ultra-high purity (UHP) piping fabrication facility, consisting of 2,500 square feet of Class 100 UHP stainless steel fabrication area, and 1,000 square feet of Class 1000 used for high purity stainless steel or high purity plastic piping fabrication. In this facility we fabricate under strict clean room conditions.
