Prefabrication
We operate three state-of-the-art fabrication facilities, located in Tempe, Chandler, and Deer Valley. They are outfitted with cutting-edge tools and equipment, including the latest BIM software utilizing Revit technology, which enables us to design and create high-quality assemblies.
We have the capacity to operate our Tempe facility 24/7, offering 14,500 square feet of fabrication space, including ultra-high purity areas for stainless steel, plastic, and a clean lobby. Additionally, our Chandler and Deer Valley facilities boast a combined 55,000 square feet of fabrication space.
Our fully equipped facilities, combined with our licensed and certified process piping specialists, enable us to design, build, fabricate, and install a wide range of process piping systems that meet the highest industry standards. We employ full-time quality assurance/quality control inspectors, safety specialists, superintendents, technical experts, and dozens of talented craft workers. In addition, our welders are Section IX-qualified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
We work closely with trade contractors and vendors to coordinate the flow of labor and materials, helping ensure projects have precisely what they need at just the right time.
