Value Delivered
UMEC provided mechanical solutions for this new six-story, 223,000-square-foot state-of-the-art education building. Our BIM capabilities helped resolve many trade coordination issues before construction, making the aggressive schedule workable. As an added challenge, our team faced strict noise requirements during the later phases of the project, as KAET's studios were active and operating.
