UMEC’s BIM Build capabilities helped to solve the coordination issues of a complex building structure prior to construction, making an aggressive schedule workable.

BACKGROUND

ASU ISTB1 is the first of five Interdisciplinary, Science, and Technology Buildings planned for ASU’s main campus. The building houses research labs, and workspace for bioengineering, neural engineering, molecular engineering, and cell and tissue engineering research.
